A woman with a sword sticking out of her head appeared swallowing blood from a cup by Cedar Swamp. The appearance of the watcher alarmed the ghost who then disappeared. One of the folks who live here decisively argues that this ghost could be the spirit of a local who passed on here in Canterbury before the present.
