The phantom of a man in a police uniform was witnessed standing by a wild road near Eielson Afb. There are further descriptions on the subject of this spirit in the neighborhood. It has been said that this particular ghost gets pleasure from startling unwise folks who come seeking ghosts in Eielson Afb. Whatever folks express, it is indisputably a menacing phantom that should be steered clear of.

Exactly what is a "wild road?" I can picture a wild river or a wild ride but a wild road... Maybe that is the one that all the wild moose like to cross in the middle of the night.
