Everything about the Triangular lodge is linked to the number three. It has 33 foot walls, each with three trefoil windows and three gables. There are three storeys and a three sided chimney. The lodge was built in 1593. A secret tunnel leads from the lodge and the original owner offered a large sum of money to anyone who would go down and investigate it.
