The Grail Court hotel, Burton on Trent. Two members of staff were working in the cellar when they heard small footsteps running to and fro from above. There was no-one else in the building. They heard a door slam and laughter.
Other patrons have seen a girl running around in a white dress and red crayon marks keep appearing in one of the rooms.
