The ghost of a farmer sporting a worn straw hat was spotted at Windy Creek before sunrise flinging boulders into the flow. The ghost spoke about avenging a killing. Folks here allege that this phantom is the undeparted spirit of a former Anderson local resident. Whatever people exclaim, this is an unsympathetic ghost that is better not upset.
