A gentleman having the head of a demon can repeatedly be distinguished gazing down into the water at Egg Bay late in the night. A number of of the residents allege this spirit is the struggling spirit of a long departed Atka resident. In any case, it's a scary ghost that any sensible person would not want to come across.
