The phantom of a gravely scorched female is repeatedly witnessed in Charlotte Center Historic District late at night dragging a cadaver over the grass. Local people claim that this phantom is that of a local resident who resided here in Charlotte many years ago. One thing's for certain, it is indisputably a scary spirit that should be shunned.
