A guy's body having the head of a skunk has been said to have been spotted on a handful of occasions tossing chunks of concrete into the current at Rio Nigua very late at night. Folks claim that this ghost is that of a person who lived here in Salinas before the present. No matter what folks utter, it's a scary phantom that is better not interrupted.
